Errors of this type might occur for any of the following reasons

  • Invalid authorisation - you might have more than one account or your login has expired. In this case you should login here, using the appropriate credentials
  • Service upgrade - service upgrades will cause a brief outage. Sometimes such outages are not noticable, sometimes service upgrades require a number of minutes to complete. Typically these upgrades are undertaken out of normal working hours (8am-6pm) but not always. Please allow 30 mins for an upgrade to complete.
  • Human error - a bug or error in the system renders part of the system unusable. This might be piece of functionality affecting all or just a few users.
